Anyone have a recommendation for a cpu fan for an i5-4590 cpu? It's on an Asus Z97-A mother-board, with a LGA1150 socket.

The fan has become really noisy and annoying. TIA

Just an update - it wasn't the cpu fan causing the noise, it's the GPU fan. I have an Asus GTX 760. I'm using Open Hardware Monitor, and the noise sometimes stops, but it's because the fan stops. The temp is not getting over 42C (GPU core temp), so will it harm anything to run it without the fan working? (I have a new video card on the way.)

As long as it stays below 80c, you will be fine.
