Remote Satellite Adjustment

    That is what I was thinking.
    I have to wait for the bank account to fill back up though, lol.

    Well, I am happy.
    Burned through my 12Gb of data, per my plan, ($63/mo), and now am throttled down, (with no extra charges).

    More than plenty for streaming video.
    I hope it continues this good.
    Beats that $500/mo bill the other ISP was trying to give me.
    And their best speed was 6Mb down.

    Yea, takes a while to finally connect.
    Maybe a few seconds.
    Wouldn't be good for a gamer, I'd guess.

    But I can live with it.
    Or I guess I have to, 2 year contract...

    i'd stick to the cheapest plan, they all have unlimited bonus data (throttled) and not worth the xtra bucks for bigger plan (speeds are same across all plans)...

    ookla is pinging all the way to oregon (host) so 669 is reasonable

    Actually it's pinging to Oregon because that's where Exede is located. You are going to get pings like that on any satellite connection.
