    Hi guys,

is my computer at risk if I disable this option in my D-link DIR-615 router:
WI-FI PROTECTED SETUP (ALSO CALLED WCN 2.0 IN WINDOWS VISTA).

I still have the WPA2 protection, so is this one really necessary? it seems that if I enable wi-fi protection, my laptop and ipod touch are having problems connecting to the network. It works but not for long, seems like the wi-fi protect key changes randomly after a few hours and then i lose the connection. So disabling it may be the only option?

If you are still using WPA2, that's sufficient security. If you really want to lock it up, you can also use MAC filtering and turn your SSID broadcast off.
