I found this installed on my comp recently and when I don't give it permission to change my comp, it keeps asking. Even when I delete the .exe file in windows/SYSWOW64 folder, it comes back. I did a system restore to a previous setting and its gone, but what was it? I found this

    kscsvc.exe - What is the kscsvc.exe ?

but it really doesn't explain if it's dangerous.

When you click on the link you provided - does Kingsoft Antivirus Security System ring any bells?

I saw that, but I don't remember when it installed or with what program. I also don't have any idea what that is so is it a malware or just some annoying antivirus that was installed with another program? I don't recognize the company at all.

    If you look here:
    C:\Program Files\Kingsoft\SystemCleaner

    or maybe:
    C:\Program Files(x86)\Kingsoft\SystemCleaner

Do you see these folders? If so - its an antivirus software that's been installed on the pc.

The funny thing is I looked for those folders and couldn't find anything named kingsoft. I even did a HD search and came up with nothing. I could only find the kscsvc.exe file.
