Autorun Eater Detects Suspicious Autorun.inf in recovery (y:)

So i have autorun eater and sometimes when i start my computer, a window will pop up and notify me that autorun eater detected a suspicious autorun.inf in recovery (y. I have no idea what it means and when i try to remove it, autorun eater said that there is an eorror removing it. i do not have any external hard drive or usb plugged in and it autorun eater does not notify me every time i start up. also i have ran nmalwarebytes, superantispyware, avast and all the scans came in clean. I'm running windows 7 but the last time i checked autorun eater IS compatible with windows 7.

So experts, do you know what's the deal here?

Thanks for your help!

That is in your recovery partition, and is essential if you ever need to reload your operating system. Tell the program to ignore it. It's part of the factory OS load.
