removing privacy center roque program

Good day, I was in the registry and removing traces of the Rogue program Privacy Center. I removed the traces and used hijack this to help. Now when I boot I get a windows log-in screen and it want a pass word. I don't use a pass word or have I had a log on screen. I can't go into safe mode , it tries and then reboots. Has anyone seen this problem before. Thanks

When you start your computer can you get to the task manager? hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete, if so then go to applications and click on privacy center, then click on end task.

If the above is possible down load, and install Malware bytes, and run it.

The problem, is as I stated , I removed the roque program with malwarebytes and Hijack this, and a edit in the registry, I started getting a log in screen I have never seen before. I don't use a log in password. I could not log in and then the blue screen started about the session manager. I have solved the problem, I slaved that drive to my other PC, saved my docs and wiped it clean. Thanks

Sometimes that's the best way to handle it. Today's malware can be very difficult to recover from.
