Question Hardware Malfunction Blue Screen While Viewing Netflix Watch Instantly
Hello Everyone,

Whenever I attempt to view a movie using Netflix Watch Instantly on my computer my system blue screens and I have to reboot. The blue screen says: hardware malfunction...contact vendor for support. Is this likely a problem with my video card, as it only happens while watching Netflix? Or could it be a problem with my memory? Any help or input would be greatly appreciated

What is the exact message and error code that are given by the blue screen error?

Sorry for the delayed response, but there is no error code. This is what is displayed:

*** Hardware Malfunction
Call your hardware vendor for support
*** The system has halted ***

memtest the ram...see if it isnt glitching...
